Integrate your Talent Clue and Factorial accounts to facilitate the transfer of candidate information to your Factorial platform. When a candidate is marked as hired, their details are automatically synchronized in Factorial as a new employee.

What does the Talent Clue integration include?

When you enable our integration with Factorial, any application marked as hired will be automatically sent to the "Employee" section of your Factorial platform.

The following employee data will be synchronized:

• First name
• Last name 1
• Last name 2
• Email
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Identity card
• Document number
• City / Town
• Address
• Zip/Postal Code
• Province
• Country
• Telephone number
• CV

NOTE: Of all these fields, the following are mandatory: First Name, Last Name 1, Email and CV. Without them, you will not be able to transfer a person from Talent Clue to Factorial and the system will ask you to modify them.
