combien de recrutements ont eu lieu ? Quel budget a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation ? Quels progr\u00e8s ou difficult\u00e9s marquent l\u2019ann\u00e9e ? Combien d\u2019accidents ont eu lieu ?<\/p>\n<h3>Pourquoi \u00e9tablir un bilan social ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale, le <strong>bilan social<\/strong> sert d\u2019outil de lecture et de dialogue. Il se divise en <strong>sept grands ensembles de donn\u00e9es<\/strong>, couvrant tous les aspects de la vie au travail :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Emploi et effectifs<\/strong> : r\u00e9partition par cat\u00e9gorie, anciennet\u00e9, contrats, embauches, d\u00e9parts\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et charges sociales<\/strong> : salaires moyens, primes, \u00e9volution des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> : accidents du travail, maladies professionnelles, absent\u00e9isme\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conditions de travail<\/strong> : horaires, organisation du travail, jours d\u2019absence, am\u00e9nagements\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formation<\/strong> : nombre d\u2019heures, nature des actions, publics concern\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relations professionnelles<\/strong> : dialogue social, \u00e9lections, accords collectifs\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conditions de vie dans l\u2019entreprise<\/strong> : logement, restauration, \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, transport.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ces chapitres ne sont pas fig\u00e9s : certaines entreprises y ajoutent des donn\u00e9es compl\u00e9mentaires, notamment sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/factorial.fr\/blog\/diversite-entreprise\/\">diversit\u00e9<\/a>, la mobilit\u00e9 ou la satisfaction des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<h3>Sanctions en cas de manquement<\/h3>\n<p>Ne pas \u00e9tablir de <strong>bilan social<\/strong> ou omettre de le pr\u00e9senter au CSE revient \u00e0 bloquer un droit d\u2019information.
