Ces indemnit\u00e9s sont vers\u00e9es par la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale apr\u00e8s un <a href=\"https:\/\/factorial.fr\/blog\/delais-carence-arret-maladie\/\">d\u00e9lai de carence<\/a> et couvrent <strong>50 % du salaire brut journalier<\/strong> dans la limite d\u2019un plafond d\u00e9fini par la l\u00e9gislation.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de ces IJSS, un salari\u00e9 peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un <strong>compl\u00e9ment de salaire<\/strong> vers\u00e9 par son employeur, sous certaines conditions. 1 500 \u20ac (IJSS) = 1 200 \u20ac<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;arr\u00eat maladie se prolonge au-del\u00e0 de <strong>40 jours<\/strong>, l\u2019employeur versera <strong>66 % du salaire brut<\/strong> au lieu de <strong>90 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 3 []\">Comment fonctionne le versement du compl\u00e9ment de salaire ?<\/h2>\n<h3>D\u00e9lai de carence pour le compl\u00e9ment de salaire<\/h3>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
