L\u2019article indique clairement que \u00ab l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;une prime de vacances d&rsquo;un montant au moins \u00e9gal \u00e0 10 % de la masse globale des indemnit\u00e9s de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s pr\u00e9vus par la convention collective de l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019employeur soumis \u00e0 la convention collective doit donc verser la prime de vacances Syntec aux employ\u00e9(e)s de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"prime vacances syntec pour qui\"><\/a>Qui peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la prime de vacances Syntec ?<\/h2>\n<p>Tous les salari\u00e9(e)s employ\u00e9(e)s par une entreprise relevant de la convention Syntec peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la prime de vacances Syntec, quels que soient le statut, la nature du contrat ou l\u2019anciennet\u00e9. Le seul pr\u00e9requis est d&rsquo;\u00eatre un salari\u00e9 au sein d&rsquo;une entreprise qui applique la convention collective concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les salari\u00e9(e)s ayant mis fin \u00e0 leur contrat de travail avant le 31 mai de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e courante et celles et ceux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9(e)s pour faute grave ou lourde ne pourront pas b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la prime de vacances Syntec.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"prime vacances syntec calcul\"><\/a>Comment est calcul\u00e9 le montant de la prime de vacances Syntec ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le <strong>calcul du montant de la prime de vacances Syntec<\/strong> est bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s du salari\u00e9.\u00a0La convention collective stipule que son montant doit au moins \u00eatre \u00e9gale \u00e0 10 % de la masse globale des indemnit\u00e9s de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s de l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s au 31 mai.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe cependant 3 fa\u00e7ons diff\u00e9rentes de calculer la prime de vacances Syntec :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Opter pour une r\u00e9partition \u00e9galitaire en utilisant la m\u00e9thode de calcul du 1\/10\u00e8me global de la base brute des indemnit\u00e9s de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s de l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Choisir une r\u00e9partition au prorata des salaires avec majoration pour enfant \u00e0 charge ;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une majoration de 10 % de l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s de chaque salari\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La convention collective Syntec n&rsquo;impose pas de r\u00e8gles en mati\u00e8re de modalit\u00e9s de versement, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur de choisir la solution qu&rsquo;il pr\u00e9f\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement important de noter que certaines entreprises peuvent d\u00e9cider de verser un montant sup\u00e9rieur au minimum pr\u00e9vu par la convention collective, en fonction de leur politique interne ou d\u2019accords d\u2019entreprise sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<h3>Exemple de Calcul \u00e0 r\u00e9partition \u00e9gale sur la base brute des indemnit\u00e9s de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s :<\/h3>\n<p>Imaginons une entreprise de 5 salari\u00e9s o\u00f9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">A et B touchent 2000 euros bruts ;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">C et D touchent 2500 euros bruts ;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">E touche 3000 euros bruts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La base brute des indemnit\u00e9s des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s serait de 14 400 euros au 31 mai et la prime se calculerait comme suit avec la m\u00e9thode du 1\/10e :<\/p>\n<p>(14 000 \/ 10) \/ 5 = 288 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque salari\u00e9(e) de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 toucherait 288 euros de prime de vacances Syntec.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"prime vacances syntec versement\"><\/a>Quand est vers\u00e9e la prime de vacances Syntec ?<\/h2>\n<p>Si la convention collective n&rsquo;impose pas de date de versement, la prime de vacances Syntec est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement vers\u00e9e avant ou pendant la p\u00e9riode estivale, en m\u00eame temps que le salaire du mois de juin ou de juillet.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;employeur peut la verser en plusieurs fois et quand il le d\u00e9sire entre le 1er mai et le 31 octobre de chaque ann\u00e9e. Cela permet aux employ\u00e9(e)s de disposer de cette somme avant de partir en vacances, les aidant ainsi \u00e0 couvrir leurs d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\ude80 BON \u00c0 SAVOIR<\/strong> : si la prime de vacances Syntec n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9e comme l&rsquo;exige la convention collective concern\u00e9e, un(e) salari\u00e9(e) peut la r\u00e9clamer.
