Cette aspiration \u00e0 une pause prolong\u00e9e refl\u00e8te l&rsquo;importance que les travailleurs accordent \u00e0 la reconstitution de leur \u00e9nergie et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de leur <a href=\"https:\/\/factorial.fr\/blog\/sante-mentale-au-travail\/\">sant\u00e9 mentale<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de \u00ab\u00a0Tracance\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Avec la mont\u00e9e en puissance du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de la \u00ab\u00a0tracance\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0workation\u00a0\u00bb gagne du terrain. Cela implique que les salari\u00e9s travaillent depuis leur lieu de vacances. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s (47%) admettent consulter leurs emails pendant leurs cong\u00e9s, ce qui t\u00e9moigne d&rsquo;une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher du travail.
